Pětipodlažní budova Natur Qartier Weißache v Kufstein (Tyrolsko) Timbatec

V historickém městě Kufstein byl dokončen projekt NaturQuartier, který představuje dosud největší dřevěnou obytnou budovu v Tyrolsku.

Tento průkopnický projekt využívá dřevo nejen na konstrukci a fasádu, ale i v interiéru, kde zůstávají viditelné dřevěné stropy a stěny. I když podzemní garáže jsou z železobetonu, nad suterénem je celý obytný dům postaven ze dřeva. Nosné prvky, výtahová šachta i schodiště jsou z křížem lepeného dřeva (CLT).

Pro tento projekt jsme s úřady úspěšně vyjednali odchylky od standardních požárních předpisů (OIB 2), což podtrhuje inovativní přístup k výstavbě.

With the construction of the NaturQuartier in the fortress town of Kufstein, the largest wooden residential building in Tyrol to date has been realized.

In this showcase project, wood as a building material is not only used for the construction of the building and for the facade, but is also used in the interior, partly visibly in the ceiling and wall areas. The underground garage of the multi-family house was built in reinforced concrete. From the ceiling above the basement, the residential building is completely made of wood. Load-bearing components such as walls and ceilings, as well as the elevator shaft and the staircases are made of cross-laminated timber.
Regarding the fire safety regulations, we achieved a consensus for deviations from the code OIB 2 in fire protection with the authorities.
